Bob set up a specific plan of projects to complete during the year and worked diligently to ensure that the project plan was implemented in a timely fashion. I appreciated Bob's professionalism and ability to manage the projects throughout the process. I would recommend him to any Company that is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable professional to assist them with their human resources needs.

What does 3C refer to?
3C represents Communication, Compliance and Consistency. These words serve as guidelines to establish a framework for effective human resources programs and project completion. Consider the following:
Communication: The foundation of strong HR practices are grounded in effectively communicating with employees. Communication, of course, can mean many things to employees and expectations of employees vary considerably. However, a company that strives to foster positive communication to and from its employees will benefit in the long run. In most cases, when employees are asked what areas can be improved within the company, communication is inevitably at or near the top of the list. 3C helps employers to foster communication in a variety of areas including employee handbook development, clear and concise job descriptions, meaningful performance management and feedback systems and effectively training supervisors and employees.
Compliance: Employers must comply with a myriad of federal, state and local employment regulations, such as FLSA, FMLA, EEO, ADA, and the ACA. It is no wonder that these are often referred to as an alphabet soup of HR compliance. 3C partners with companies to ensure that there is both awareness and compliance with these regulations so that these organizations can focus on their core business objectives.
Consistency: 3C works with companies to ensure that there is consistency in both development and implementation of human resources programs so that all employees are receiving a consistent message and managers and supervisors effectively administer key human resources programs. Whether it is recruitment, welcoming new employees, performance management and, even employee separations, it is crucial that members of the organization follow a consistent process. This ensures that employees feel welcomed at the beginning, valued during their employment and have a positive opinion of the company should they leave employment.
