What does 3C refer to? 

3C represents Communication, Compliance and Consistency.  These words serve as guidelines to establish a framework for effective human resources programs and project completion.  Consider the following:

Communication: The foundation of strong HR practices are grounded in effectively communicating with employees. Communication, of course, can mean many things to employees and expectations of employees vary considerably. However, a company that strives to foster positive communication to and from its employees will benefit in the long run. In most cases, when employees are asked what areas can be improved within the company, communication is inevitably at or near the top of the list. 3C helps employers to foster communication in a variety of areas including employee handbook development, clear and concise job descriptions, meaningful performance management and feedback systems and effectively training supervisors and employees.

Compliance: Employers must comply with a myriad of federal, state and local employment regulations, such as FLSA, FMLA, EEO, ADA, and the ACA. 3C Human Resources Consulting was formed by Robert Rogers.  Mr. Rogers is a graduate of Cornell University's prestigious School of Industrial and Labor Relations.  He has spent over 20 years working in human resources and labor relations.  Over 12 years of his career has been spent as a consultant to small, medium and large companies in a wide scope of industries in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors.  Through consulting with many different and varied organizations, Mr. Rogers, and 3C Human Resources Consulting, has a strong base of practical, hands-on experience to assist companies with developing new human resources programs or refining programs that are already in place.
