Robert (Bob) Rogers, SPHR
Bob Rogers is a graduate of Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations. He has been working in the field of human resources and labor relations for more than 28 years. Bob began his career with the New Jersey School Boards Association leaving as an Assistant Director of Labor Relations. He then spent nearly 12 years as a Senior HR Consultant with a regional human resources consulting firm. More recently, Bob was at Onondaga Community College for five years leaving as the Associate Vice President of Human Resources to form 3C Human Resources Consulting in 2015.
Collectively, Bob has worked as a consultant for 18 years serving businesses in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors.
